Inquiries do not file a return
Submitting an inquiry does not establish a service engagement, authorize filing, or mean your taxes have been filed. A return must be prepared, reviewed, and properly authorized before filing.
Your information and documents
Provide accurate information and use only the verified secure intake process for sensitive documents. Never send sensitive tax information through the general inquiry form.
Service agreements
Specific engagement terms, payment arrangements, cancellation terms, and other applicable policies will need to be provided and agreed upon separately before services begin. These preliminary terms do not replace a service agreement.
